Financial Data Security:
Data security is our highest priority. As a matter of
policy, we do not request or hold any of your financial
information regarding your brokerage accounts or your
credit/debit cards. We provide only technical investment
analysis of Strategies and Portfolios you select or
create. The responsibility is yours to connect with your
brokerage and trade funds according to the conclusions
you draw. Our subscription billing is conducted through
the trusted third party Amazon Payments who provides an
encrypted, secured interface and manages your financial
information with the industry's best security practices.
We have no access to your credit card information. When
our server places your subscription order through Amazon
Payments, the only information it receives in return
from the Amazon Payments server is whether or was not
payment was successfully received, which then enables or
disables access to the current portfolio Buy/Sell
indications.
When on the website of your brokerage or Amazon Payments, an icon, such as a lock or key, will be displayed in the
corner of your browser's window to let you know that
your browser's encryption is active. Most browsers
today utilize an encryption method called Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL). SSL is software-based security protocol
that encodes data before it is transmitted over the
Internet.
Once you become a member, you will use a self-selected
User Name and Password that serves as your first line of
security defense for your non-financial information that
we hold.
You can help to ensure the security of your information
by following these steps:

Never reveal your Username and Password to anyone.
If you believe your password has been compromised,
change the password.

Firewall software on your computer.
- Review your Action
Item Alerts received from us to ensure that the Alert is a
result of one of your strategies, and is not the
result of a hacker's
phishing attack.
- Always log off before
leaving your computer.
- Always log off of
this Site before accessing other web sites.
Application Data Security:
Our server is managed by Hivelocity
in Tampa, FL, one of six state-of-the-art
data centers. Its dual redundant power system and high
security physical environment have provided 100% network
uptime since its 2012 commissioning.
Our
server data (your Strategies and Portfolios) is backed
up daily with the
Hivelocity
Rapid-Restore service allowing the server configuration,
application software and databases to be restored with
the click of a button.
Additionally, Hivelocity provides
OS updates and patches, server security hardening,
Packet Scrubbing to ensure every data packet our server
receives is valid, and DDoS Protection to automatically
block over 90% of malicious traffic at the network
level.
Operational Reliability:
Daily operation of our
system is fully automated. No human intervention is
required to (1) acquire and update daily market data;
(2) process Strategy and Portfolio signals, charts and
spreadsheets; (3) evaluate and post all StormGuard
indicators; (4) adapt to ongoing changes in market
conditions; and (4) automatically process monthly
subscription billing. The system is designed for
continuous automated operation regardless of the
availability or status of key company members.
Although we have gone to great lengths to automate
everything to ensure the most timely and reliable
service possible, from time-to-time there are
disruptions in market data, credit card processing, and
other critical services which are beyond our control,
but which we always work hard remedy as quickly as
